Do it anyway

How many times have you stopped yourself from doing something just because you were afraid of looking silly? Or because you thought people might judge you? Or because you felt a little cringy?
Probably more times than you can count
But here’s the thing… Who cares?
Seriously. Who cares if someone rolls their eyes? Who cares if you’re not perfect at it the first time? Who cares if it makes you feel a little uncomfortable?
If it lights you up, if you feel that deep pull toward it, if it excites you in a way that nothing else does, then do it. Do it scared. Do it messy. Do it while your voice shakes and your hands tremble. Just do it
The truth is, everyone is too wrapped up in their own lives to be thinking about you as much as you think they are. And even if they are? Let them. There’s a reason Mel Robbins book “The Let Them Theory” sold over 1.2 million copies in its first month of release, it’s a simple idea, but it makes sense
Someone’s opinion of you is none of your business. But your dreams? Your joy? Your passion? That is your business. And it’s worth pursuing, no matter how scary it feels
Feeling fear is normal. But fear is not a stop sign. It’s just a sign that you’re stepping outside your comfort zone. And guess what? That’s where the magic happens. That’s where growth happens. That’s where you become the person you’re meant to be
So, wear the outfit. Post the video. Start the blog. Sign up for the class. Share your art. Speak your mind. Whatever it is, do it. And if you cringe later? Oh well! You’re living. You’re growing. You’re embracing the things that make your soul feel alive. And that’s something to be proud of
Feel the fear and do it anyway. Your future self will thank you for it
