Welcome to Embracing Gemini, a blog exploring mental health, and embracing all sides of life

My intention is for this to be a safe and supportive place, for you to come and know you are understood and never alone

Life has so many ups and downs, and we experience such a wide range of emotions along the way, it’s all normal and it’s all beautiful

I want to encourage you to embrace all that you are, and I hope you find clarity and acceptance here

I upload new blog posts on the 1st and 16th of every month, there are written and audio versions to suit both preferences

What you can expect to read/listen to is the tools, teachings and awarenesses I have found beneficial throughout my own navigation of mental and emotional health, that I trust will be a contribution to you as well

To find out more about why Embracing Gemini came to be, head over to my very first blog post titled “Introducing”

I would absolutely love to hear from you, so please leave a comment or email letting me know what you’re loving and want to hear more of

About Skye

Hi, I’m Skye Fellows, the Author and Creator of Embracing Gemini

I started writing/posting my thoughts and learnings around mental health and self development on Instagram as a creative way to share more of an optimistic and uplifting outlook on life, because that’s the type of content I was searching for online

I received such beautiful feedback and felt like I had more to say than just the 350 word count an Instagram caption would allow, so I decided to turn it into a blog. I’m so excited to have a platform to share the magic in my heart with you

I feel extremely passionate about helping the world become a more open, honest and peaceful place, by giving a voice to what flows through my heart I hope I can begin a ripple effect that allows others to embrace who they truly are and live a more fulfilled life

If you’re curious about my story and want to know more, I recommend reading the blog post titled “My personal experience” and continuing from there
